Mike's Autoplex

This was hand down the best car buying experience I have ever had! The entire family made me feel welcome! I absolutely love my truck. Bradley took the time to thoroughly explain my contract and my warranty! I appreciate that type of customer service!!!!

They will sue you and take car away, have car towed. Mike Auto plex will force you to pay reminder balance due. You may may not be able to buy another car depends on situation. They will assist you in financing a car. Will work payment. But punishment will follow if unexpected happens. Obligation definitely in place. They offered to fix car and add to car note and pay separately.

Do not have there that old Grey headed man is awful rude disrespectful and do not buy nothing there I know several people that bought vehicles there and there was liquid glass put in them Tennessee does not have a lemon law and he never does the warranty he always comes up with something so he doesn't have to do i repeat do not go there

I would never do business at this place. I showed up and started looking at cars, many of which had bald and/or flat tires. There were no prices on them, but they made sure to put signs on each one saying no warranty. 🙄 An older gentleman with white hair came out giving me a suspicious look and asked if he could help me. I said I needed to buy a but I don’t see any prices posted. He said “what kind of comment is that? We haven’t posted prices in over 35 years.” No thanks bro. I came to spend good money and that kind of attitude will never get a dime out of me. Moral of the story, the inventory is run down and the sales staff are not friendly. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I am currently looking for a car and sadly you can literally tell by the companies response that they definitely have conflicts resolution issue, customer service issues and more! I totally understand defending your business but the customers who have good reviews got very little notice but the customer who didn’t who made bad reviews, this company gave all the attention, attempted to humiliate by disclosing personal information, and made very passive aggressive comments! Why not give that energy to the customers who praised you! Mike’s maybe you guys should consider hiring a PR person to professionally combat your reviews! But In a way I am Grateful that you guys are being your genuine authentic selves because I’ve never in my life felt like I’ve dodged a bullet without physically/verbally interacting with a person in my life!
