I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram on August 08, 2016 from Wayne Duncan, he is a great straight up, honest and funny guy. The price I bought it for was great. Great place to buy a used car or truck for an excellent price.

Very bad business practices. I witnessed this business lock a customer inside the gates of their used car lot on summer Ave. The poor young lady they locked in was begging to be let out and the lowly employees told her that they would not open the gates unless she paid them. That has to be criminal.

Mr. Brown is the owner. Rude, arrogant and a know it all. I purchased my car from him for $2500 the original price was $3250. I test drove the car it was cool was told it needed to brakes that’s why it made the noise. Ok no problem since it’s no lights on the dash. The air worked for 5 minutes and was told I’ll have to get the heat that’s blowing sucked out in order to get the air to work. I went back the next day for him to fix that along with my headlight he said my husband messed up. I got to his shop around 10:37a was asked can I leave for a couple hours so he can fix a headlight I told him no cause he was trying to “duck tape” my car back together. Told me and my mom to back up he’s trying to work on the opposite side of the car. By 4:32 he got loud and disrespectful with me once I told him never mind I will take it to a professional mechanic that wouldn’t try to hook my wires up to my battery. Since I’ve had this car I’ve paid over $800 on repairs. Now my car is stuck on the side of the road not working!! I got it when it was 93,000 miles on it thinking I got a deal. No!!! Do NOT SHOP HERE!!! Oh yeah he has a tire shop too in the back but wouldn’t put better tires on my car like he once said on day 1. 2 front tires bald as hell. Paid $150 for 2 new tires!

I would strongly advise people not to trust anything from this dealership! We located a particular vehicle here and had our dealership make the deal for it. Since we were buying sight-unseen in person, we were trusting this dealership to be honest with another dealership...they were not. They told our dealership there was nothing wrong with it, that they had driven it out of state with no issues, maybe a little "doggy" in power. They would not move on the price whatsoever. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it had not been detailed and was covered in dog hair, had a busted windsheild(nobody was told about this!), the headliner was falling down, and was so lacking in power that it could barely reach interstate speed. How we made the 6 hour drive back, I will never know! It has not ran since we got it home. We are having to replace part after part trying to diagnose the problem. Disappointed and angry do not even begin to describe how I feel about this dealership. They are the definition of the "shifty car salesman".

I usually don't post reviews but I hate to see people get lied to. This company sells cars with head gasket problems. They put Blue Devil head gasket sealant in the radiators which holds the car up for a month and then the motor clunks out. If you want to take a risk with buy a car from there, I would highly recommend taking a mechanic with you to inspect the cars first.
