I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze LT from here. I loved the car as my first car. The only problem I had with it when I days or weeks after owning it was the coolant housing. The OBD2 didn't say specially what it was. After constantly resetting it, not knowing exactly what it was, and the car constantly acting as it's running hot when it wasn't. The air conditioning would be on and working after resetting it. Soon it'll start blowing pure heat while it's still on air condition. While I was working at a Pizza Hut. The manager put me in contact with someone he know personally. Which is a retired GM mechanic. I took my car to him. He suggested that I repair the thermostat. I agreed to it. I paid less than or a little over over $100. He used his discount at AutoZone for the part and didn't charge much for labor. After doing that the problem was resolved. Months after my head gasket busted. Either because someone I knew drove towards a Sonic sign from being parked. Or because I didn't let it warm up during the cold months. Which was after Chevrolet Chuck Hutton fixed it due to the Sonic collision. I took the car to a shop to get the head gasket fixed. They repaired it. However, I didn't have $1,500 to get it back and they would've charged more for storage. So I called Credit Acceptance to do a voluntarily surrender. Weeks later I got a call about a payment. I told them I did a voluntarily surrender. They refuse to accept my request even though I gave them the address and number of the shop. So they put car abandonment on me then started threatening and send mail of a lawsuit. Causing me to still have $16K lawsuit on me still from 2017. I would not doing recommend doing a car note with Credit Acceptance. As far as Max Auto Sales. It's a good place to buy a car from. They try they best to put you in a reliable car. I just hope they find someone else other than Credit Acceptance to do business with.

Came looking to do business with yet another car salesman. Don't know who is the owner but the person I dealt with was rude . I only asked to see if the car was running and test drive it before buying because I was interested from passing by all the time leaving work. I was told that he doesn't have a key to the vehicle but will have to run a credit check first. Omg scam or what

The owner Shaun a tall guy with dark black hair repoed my car Because he saw someone else driving my car which was my child’s father. My kids have to get back and forth to school and he is the only one that has time to take them long story short Shaun says he saw him driving down Shelby drive so he took the car back. Do no trust this company because they will take your down payment and monthly payments and still repo your car if someone is driving other than the insured person. He uses the tracking device to follow you around to see who’s driving.
