Marissa was very professional and over explained my options , this was my second vehicle . This review has no reflection on her . She deserves a raise and is a phenomenal person. I would work with her again and again . Also Brandon was kind and helpful as well. Now … Rae was very much the opposite . She had a nasty attitude over the phone and in person . Asked her to have the manager contact me and I’m pretty sure she never gave him my information. Ironically when I walked in to return the car she didn’t speak but immediately asked me to remove the car from the front door . Without saying hello welcome to drive time just bad attitude . It’s not what you say but how you say it. If you don’t like dealing with customers maybe DriveTime is not the best place to be . Anywho I was able to return the car within 5 days no problem. I’m the sweetest person and I don’t bother anyone but she ruined the whole experience for me .
