My experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee was great. Before I could get in the door I was greeted by Kyle. He was very pleasant and professional. Kyle went over my choices and options for my purchase. He was very diligent in satisfying me to the fullest, I have no complaints. The approval process was quick and easy and in less than 2 hours I left out with my new Jeep. I never been to Wheels Auto Sales before. but I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Thanks Again To Kyle and his service Manager for making this such a pleasant experience. They spent a lot of time helping us, and when we ran into a financing issue, we were so grateful they were on our team! We were able to purchase a very safe car for a great price. Scam do not come here . He is very dishonest about his cars. He is a liar . I got a car from this man the same day the car stopped working . If it was in drive it went in reverse, if it was in reverse it went foward . Then the car would not drive at all it would be stuck until it turned back into drive. Mind you this is happening on the highway driving home. The next day I returned the car he did not show up to the car lot. ALL DAY . I had a worker call and he said to come the next day . He test drove the car when I got there the next day and did not drive the car not even 5 minutes and he returned to the car lot . He apologized and said he would let me choose any car and have that one. I test drove a white Hyundai and I let a mechanic drive it . The transmission was also bad . I returned the 2nd car and asked for my money back he gave me a portion of my money and stated when he got the car fixed and sold , he would give me the rest of my money back . Well I returned today and he acted as if he did not know who I am . I did not receive the rest of my money back . Talks about every car lot on Chapman for selling rebuilt titles but HE DOES AS WELL . Read everything he wants you to sign . DONT GO HERE

I bought a car straight up cash from them and before I even got half way home the battery light was on with the volts dropping as I drove. There’s a miss fire and transmission issues as well. Be cautious when buying from them plus the salesman rode with me for a test drive and told me where to drive. Basically a back road where you can’t even get up and go to see how the car drives
