Just sold my car to them. Although used, it was in excellent condition. It’s the third car over many years that I have sold to them. Very nice folks. Easy to deal with. They offered me a price that I was satisfied with and made the transaction easy and straightforward.

These people are the best and the main lady who runs the car lot her name is Patty and she's absolutely wonderful. This is my 3rd vehicle I got from them and they really work with you finding a good vehicle for you. Some of the cars do have a higher down payment for the nicer and new vehicle but as long as you have more then half of the down payment upfront they will work with you paying the rest of the down payment off. I noticed a small problem with my vehicle after about a week of having it and they fixed it for free. My credit isn't the greatest so I can't have my credit checked to get a brand new vehicle and these people don't check your credit at all. As long as it takes me to fix my credit I know I have an option to get a decent and reliable car from this lot. For the people giving them a bad rating I'm sure they messed up somewhere and decided to give them a bad rating. If your searching for a dependable car and looking at these reviews right now I would really suggest not letting the bad reviews stop you from this car lot. I wouldn't go out of my way to say this is a good car lot if it wasn't. Treat them right and they will treat you right. Also on my other cars there has been times I had to miss a car payment and just paid extra on other payments and they were very understanding you just have to pick up a phone and let them know what's going on.

These folks here are fantastic people. We paid off two vehicles from them and today we just purchased another vehicle. The price was great and the deal was better than what Dodge was offering us.

DO NOT GO HERE….i thought they was great people well tricks on me! I had the car for 3 weeks and they let me do 1000$down then the other 1000$ within 30 days, however it needed the tire rod and stuff fixed so they called me and said hey if you bring it in today, we can fix your tire rod. I said OK I’m in the middle of moving my stuff to storage, but I’ll drop some of it off and I will come and just put the rest of the lunar Car that you’re gonna give me so I get there. Everything was fine. I mean the owner was laughing with me and everything. I don’t know I think somebody wants that car well I didn’t even make it 2 miles down the road and they call me back and say hey I forgot To give you something, can you come back? I said my dog is really hot. I’m gonna drop her off and then I’ll be back when I get back. The owner was a completely different person being rude as ever saying that I was not taking care of the car because it was dirty mind you I was in the middle of moving stuff to storage. My car is not dirty. I always washed my car clean it out on the inside everything she tries to give me a 2006 Honda pilot with 230,000 miles on it with it that don’t start tires are flat in the inside was a mess. I said you know insulting that is I know you’re judging me or whatever the hell happened but I make money. I have a legitimate job and I would never in my life insult somebody like that. She said well here I’ll give you part of your deposit back and that’s it that’s no you have no other choice so she took my car and I am going to file a lawsuit. I don’t care what it takes. Nobody should ever feel this way ever I’ve came so far in life and this mentally sent me back and it’s not fair. It’s not right to do to somebody don’t know how you can have a good conscience and do that to people and here is photos of my car in a video of how she’s talking to me.

Only given one star because I have to. First off I went through two different vehicles then finally went and got to Cummins diesel truck. Got nearly $8,000 down on it. They showed up this morning to repossess it saying my insurance was collapsed. My insurance is not collapsed. I proved it with a phone call in front of them. Everyone I talked to about this company says not to deal with them. So please with experience do not go and buy any kind of vehicle from Thompson Auto sales. I will be getting an attorney over the situation and for harassment because an insurance is not canceled and is good. It's set up on automatic draft so please do yourself a big favor and keep driving past this car lot. My attorneys will be getting in touch with them
