I have to say Knoxville Auto Sales is a really good place to go. If you need a good reliable car they worked with me around everything. I spent three hours at another car lot and didn’t get nowhere with that. I wasn’t even at Knoxville Auto Sales for an hour and I was driving away and what I wanted and what I was looking for they are very friendly very down to earth I would highly recommend anybody and everybody. They work with you on your down payment and everything that you need to drive off. You definitely need to see Jeremy or Johnny. They made the whole process quick easily and painless. (Edited) I had a bad day after my purchase. Only had it for 3 days and the transmission went out. I went to talk to them about the extra warranty that I got on the car and they made that whole process great. They got it sent to a mechanic (Ascend) and the mechanic took good care of of me. Jeremy and Chase got me in a loaner till my van was fixed and was so nice and caring about it. I have never had people like that. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody who will listen. More dealership should take a lesson from the no hassle or pressure to buy a car from these guys they are very professional and honest upfront and respectful. The car I got was what I wanted at the budget that worked for me. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for the experience

While we were not able to keep the car that we purchased due to personal reasons, the guys here are on another level. They worked with me heavily to get the payment to something I was comfortable with, and when I went to return the car, they made a difficult decision easy. A small little place but they give you 110% while working with you and for that they’re a 10 in my books. Appreciate everything they’ve done for me.
