Cars 4 U Administration Office

Went over to Cars4U at 6014 Clinton Hwy and met with Mr.Horbert and very outstanding 👏 and knowledge. Didn't push anything on me that wasn't in my price range. Got a vehicle that fit my style and in my price range.

I had Alex as my sales man and Tyler as my finance man, both were amazing! Not sure if Miles is an automated system or if he is an actual guy behind the texting, but I had Miles for texting who was really good. I was able to finance with a cosigner for an SUV to have a better transportation for my daughter. Would highly recommend. They had the Equinox ready to go right out front, easy test drive. Made sure to go over the car history with the car fax. They worked with us on the financing and what we had to put down. They made the whole financing aspect really easy. Answered any and all questions that I did have without hesitation.

I worked with Naomi at the administrative building to by my nearly new 2025 Subaru outback. She was amazingly patient and was happy to keep letting me test drive different caes till I found the car that I truly loved. This is the second vehicle I have got with Cars 4 U and im sure it will not be the last.

Larry was great, cars good, however reaching the service department is a nightmare. Called 4-5 times with no answer, left voicemails. Eventually reached out to sales to let them know the issue, said they’d personally hand my number to the service manager, still no call. Finally just went in person, just to be told they don’t do oil change appointments which contradicts what I was told last time I had the oil change, I honestly am not pleased with this at all. Edit brush reached out and made everything right! Got me taken care of!

I bought a Tacoma from Arkansas through an online transaction. Overall, the process itself was smooth, and I arranged shipping for the vehicle. The truck arrived in good condition and was accurately represented in the online pictures and videos, which I appreciated. However, there were a few things that disappointed me. The truck arrived with less than a quarter tank of gas, and it only came with one key. In addition, there was a locking ball hitch that required a key to remove, but no key was provided. The bed cover key was also missing. I’m now having to spend roughly $300 replacing keys and accessories that should have either come with the truck or at least been disclosed beforehand. Overall, the truck itself was solid, but better communication and attention to these details would have made the experience much better.
