Good cars great staff. But they are closing down. They will be missed.!

Went in expecting a bunch of hoops to jump through as this was our first car from a dealership so my fiance and I were really skeptical at first. When we met Shawn he was very laid back had no issues answering any questions that we had, we sat there and actually had some amazing conversations about other topics as well. When it came down to the car he made it super easy for us to understand made sure we knew when the payments would be and everything. We had a little hiccup on the first two days with insurance being weird and Shawn worked with us so that we could get that done without fear of anything bad happening to our car. Shawn is very open and honest he did not sugar coat anything. The check engine light came on when o was getting the car he had told me it was an 02 sensor, sure enough go home and run the codes and the 02 sensor trips. He knows what he's talking about he is a very interesting, smart, honest person and it made me love the place. I'm so happy to have bought my car at instant auto. They have made our lives easier. If you're looking for a new car and you need it fast I promise you they will most likely have you in a car and gone within an hour to two hours. Great people very calm atmosphere. This is the place for you!

My wife and I have bought 2 cars in the past both where great cars. And Shawn was always great to work with,my wife stopped in a week ago to see if Shawn was in to get us in another car and was very saddened to learn Shawn is no longer with you all and you are no longer doing buy here pay here.

My brother has went through 2 cars with this company 1st was a truck and they had to keep working on it because they couldn't figure out what was wrong.. so then after almost 2 weeks they gave him another car and he hasn't had it a 2 weeks and his car broke down in WV and the company wants him to put more money down to get another car and won't even give him any of his money back.. or a ride back to Knoxville when they come get the car.. it's crazy to me that they think it's ok to treat someone like that and he even had communication the entire time with both cars they knew what was going on . 😡

Terrible with communication!!! Tried for three days to call and get answers about my car, and nothing! Emailed called text left voicemail even facebook messages and nothing from Frank or Tonya! Im a mother of three all of my childrens things for school and sports was in my car! Even my childrens car seats! Highly unsatisfied with my service i received from instant auto and would NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership! There once was a man named Shawn that worked there that actually had a heart for his customers but ever since hes been gone the dealership is complete bs!! There was seriously two cars on the lot when i finally was able to get a ride to the dealership to get my car. Wouldnt even know it was a dealership! Rhey open at 10 called and called no answer. Left my job and get to the dealership and 1120 ish and no one was there open sign off! I walked in and the one man that was there wouldnt even come out with me saying hello pretty load through the office. Heartless heartless bunch of people!!!!!!!!!!! Just a warning the are greedy people and dont understand hard times!
