Great experience. Patrick helped me in every way possible. Very professional. I got a great deal on a Ram 2500, and was in and out in no time. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through my options, and made sure felt confident in my decision. The entire process was smooth, quick, and honestly way less stressful than expected when buying a car. The vehicle was exactly as described-clean, reliable, and fairly priced. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, professional, and easy to work with, I highly recommend them. definitely be coming back in the future!
Quick & easy. Patrick was phenomenal. Definitely without a doubt refer anyone.
Had an easy time purchasing a vehicle here when we were in a pinch and needed something quick. The guys here are friendly and gave us a good deal and helped us out with everything we needed. 5 stars recommend!
Well i wouldnt know how the car i was interested in was because I live 2 hours away so I sent 3 e-mails and a text message requesting info for someone to contact me about the vehicle, or to tell me if it was even still in stock so i wouldnt make a dry run to Knoxville for no reason, no reply. But did get an auto-generated message today (weeks later) saying the car had been sold. What the hell kinda business is this? From the sound of other reviews im reading here it sounds like I dodged a bullet! Never in my life have I ever seen a car dealership so uninterested in possibly selling a car!
