Crossroads Motors

This is by far the best used car dealership in Knoxville. I have bought and traded multiple cars at this dealership and David is an honest local guy who is not here to rip you off. They are reasonable on pricing and their vehicles are amazing.

From the very first conversation, David made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable. He listened carefully, helped me think through what actually made sense for my situation, and never pushed me beyond what I was comfortable spending. That level of care didn’t stop after the purchase either. Since then, I’ve gone back to help a family member, and over the last year I’ve pointed several friends his way simply because I trust how he operates. Every single one has been thankful for the connection and felt taken care of. That kind of consistency and integrity is rare, and it’s genuinely appreciated.

Great place to buy a used vehicle. These guys were honest and upfront. They made me feel great about buying my 4runner sight unseen. I would highly recommend anyone to visit their dealership and know they would be taken care of. Thank you gentlemen for doing business the right way.

Great place to buy my truck! Owner and staff were very helpful and not pushy. They had great inventory and the price was right. Thanks to David, for helping me get into my Tacoma!

The absolute worst place to buy a vehicle guy is a crook engine knocking after a day driving mystery oil in and of all things wheel flew off driving down road they don't care about customers or people refuses to take any responsibility of it straight up says was as is.
