Drove down from KY, interested in a vehicle I seen online and wanted immediately. Colt M did my deal, great salesman. Polite, nice, friendly, respectful individual. Amazing place, very organized corporation. I have very horrible credit, I was still able to drive away in a modernized full size SUV that I absolutely love. Drove it 3 hrs back home to KY, no issues.

My husband and I went to drive time, we dealt with Patrick. He was very outgoing and extremely patient with us. We wanted to look at 4 different cars and test drive them and unlike most sales men there was absolutely no problem with that, no pushing for any specific vehicle. Patrick answered any questions we had for the vehicles he even allowed us to borrow a phone cord to check in the vehicles as we forgot to bring one. I highly recommend drive time for your next car and go see Patrick. But everyone in there was really nice.

Sierra was the one that helped us with our purchase of our new Dodge Journey. She was a Gid send. She made sure we got the financing we needed to drive our SUV off the lot that very day. She was very nice and made us feel so comfortable. Thank You Sierra so much. She needs a raise. She is very knowledgeable in her job.

* UPDATE * A SIMPLE PHONE CALL ADVISING THE VEHICLE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS COULD OF SAVED ME TWO DAYS AND OVER A $1000 IN TRAVEL EXPENSE. FUN FACT* CAR FAX SHOWED THIS VEHICLE AS NO REPORTED ACCIDENTS. CAR FAX ALSO SHOWED THIS VEHICLE AS NOT BEING A RENTAL VEHICLE. JUST SAY SORRY AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES, DRIVE TIME AT THIS LOCATION DROPPED THE BALL, PERIOD POINT BLANK NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Picked out a vehicle that I wanted and made a deposit. I drove two states away just to find that the car was not at all like the website portrayed. Wasted hotel money and two days of time and money for nothing. Car fax shows AAA just replaced the entire front windshield in the last couple weeks after further inspection on my part, manager totally acted like he knew nothing. When I arrived they pulled the vehicle to the front expecting me to purchase and I wouldn’t have caught the deceptive crap. You should be ashamed, shopping at drive time is already rough due to financial restraints so thanks for nothing. Hope this brings awareness to others thinking about making a trip.
