We had the most wonderful experience with Autos and More! After spending a significant amount of time searching for a new family vehicle, I came across a listing online that brought me to Autos and More. After showing my husband and agreeing it seemed to have everything we were looking got, he told me to give them a call and make sure it was still available. Making a purchase of this magnitude from out of state is quite the gamble, but upon calling and speaking with Steve, he went above and beyond answered all of our questions for us. We booked my husband an early morning flight for the next day from MD to TN to make the purchase. Steve even picked him up from the airport to bring him to the dealership so he didn’t have to pay for an additional ride. Everyone was incredible and exceptionally patient as we dealt with some unexpected hiccups with the bank. My husband was able to make the drive home the same day and I could not be more thrilled with our purchase. This vehicle has everything I wanted and more, the price was fair and it may sound silly, but with a large family, having this large van is a complete game changer in our daily life. Making this type of purchase sight unseen (of courses with the exception of the great listing photos) was a bit of a scary one, but everyone Autos and More was incredible and I don’t regret it for a second! Bo always goes above and beyond for every customer that walks in the door. He and his family make a genuine effort in helping. If he didn't have what I was looking for he could get it. Buying a vehicle can be scary so having someone that has your best interest walk you through it is essential to making the right purchase.

Recently drove up from South Carolina to purchase a 2013 Chevy 2500 LTZ. I had been shopping for a diesel truck for about 6 months and had experiences with multiple dealerships locally. Steve was absolutely great to deal with. He was very honest and up front with any minor cosmetic issues the truck had, where the truck came from, and any modifications that had been performed to the truck. I placed a deposit on the truck, which Steve and Roger made known upon discussion would be non-refundable, and my wife and I drove up following Saturday to inspect and purchase. Steve was great, very friendly, let us take the truck for a thorough test drive and answered all questions. I would recommend a car buying experience with these two gentleman to my closest of relatives and friends.

Bought a Tahoe back in July and I love it, I love the way it runs, it's a good quality vehicle for sure. I had talked to Steve about a few vehicles but before but this time I was able to meet Roger also. Roger knows his stuff he gave me a decent price on the vehicle there where no scratches or dings in it, no smoke holes or smells in It I really luv it. I keep in touch with Steve he can help if you need anything like tires or something in the future for a good deal. Both Roger and Steve seem like some pretty good guys I can see myself doing business again with them in the future. Thanks guys.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Misleading and Unethical Practices I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this car dealership. After finding a car l liked and going through the process of securing financing, I was assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was ready for purchase, despite them mentioning a minor steering issue that was being addressed. Upon arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, I immediately noticed a concerning noise coming from the steering wheel. When I inquired about this issue, the salesperson downplayed it as a simple strut noise, despite my reservations. Unfortunately, I decided to proceed with the purchase and drove the car home, only to discover that the problem was far more serious than initially portrayed. The car now requires a new steering box, resulting in over $3000 in repairs. I just have the hardest time believing anything I was told. Both you and the Chevrolet place couldn’t figure it out? You knew about it. Had to. It is incredibly disappointing that the dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with significant issues, putting my safety and that of my 3-year-old daughter at risk during the long journey home. This kind of misleading and unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of this establishment. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before making a purchase at this dealership to avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices.
