I recently bought a 2007 Mustang convertible. The guy was very nice and patient and answered all of our questions. After getting the car home just three days later the alternator went out On the car so of course I Contacted western auto and told him what had happened they replaced the alternator And was very kind about the whole situation (not to mention took care of it first thing) I am very grateful for his kindness and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone friends or family. I absolutely love my new car!! 🤩🤩

This is a very good and an honest dealership. The owner Wael is a great person, honest and very helpful. He let me know upfront of the small issue with the SUV I liked and also reduced the price, so that I could repair that issue. I ended up buying the car from him. I would highly recommend this dealership in Knoxville, TN.
Daughter bought a Toyota Corolla here. The owner was very nice and worked to get her in the car. I usually don't even leave reviews but this man deserves one. Top notch seller and I'll be back when that times arrives. 5star
Not a fan. Not because of the car or the price. Because of the shady interest. 800+ credit score and they wouldn't do under 15% interest. The car is a 2020 Ford Explorer. It was listed for 20k. Which is a price that is unbeatable. But monthly payment was 500+ a month. 35k being the total. They can keep that Xlt Explorer. I'll get an ST for cheaper than that.
