Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit

This is the second vehicle I have leased from them. I don't know why I even looked anywhere else. Kourtney remembered me right away and that made me feel really welcomed. She worked with me and all my issues and still got me in a vehicle. I came in an Uber and left in a Kia Niro. She was very professional and understanding. Kourtney was very kind n courteous. Top notch. Definitely recommend leasing from them!!!!

They were so kind when helping me! They took a chance on me as someone coming out of a bankruptcy and I’m very grateful. Also specifically Kourtney was so quick with getting me in and out even while dealing with another client at the same time! John(I think that’s his name) was so kind and conversational and made it feel like less of a transaction and more like caring about their customers. I love my new van I am forever grateful to Wyatt Johnson Auto Credit!

Kourtney was very helpful and patient. I had been contacting her for a few months while I decided it I wanted to get a car. I really like the car she helped me pick and I’m so happy I was able to finally get in and meet Kourtney and drive home in a new to me Prius!

So 6 months ago I bought a car from here Kourtney was great shes not the problem the thing is that i would say 1 month in the car felt weird and so i went and got it checked out and boom well did i get a suprise they had erased several transmission codes on the vehicle!! Wich left me stunt so i had to pay money to fix the transmission wich i didnt expect but good thing that i have everything printed out on paper so after fixing the transmission your not gonna guess what the engine went out 6 momths in to my lease with them wich is completely out of hand for a dealership and from my understanding it is illegal to erase codes from a vehicle computer system whatever you guys do please do not purchase from here i will be sending all the info that i have to the FTC for the shady business that they ran with the sell of my vehicle as well as reading other reviews people have gone trough the same

This has just been a complete nightmare at this point and I can't help but feel taken advantage of with me not having the best credit. Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 from them March of '25 and within 2 months I was having over heating issues which they did pay for a engine to be put in. They also had to replace the battery because the one they put in to get it from auction or wherever they got this hunk of junk from was too small. OK cool greatly appreciated that cause I could not afford a new engine. The overheating issue stopped or so I thought. I cant go interstate to a town 40 minutes away cause when I park the car for say 2 hours it says engine too hot so then I have to sit with the battery unplugged hoping it'll reset the stupid computer so I can go home. I put a temp sensor in it hoping that stops my issue... Now there is a new issue to where I cant even drive it at all because it goes into limp mode while driving with a red lightning bolt flashing at me and the check engine light is on. I have had nothing but issues out this car since I got it but the issues didn't start till after the oh you can bring it back after 7 days or whatever if you're not happy. I can't wait to pay this 5k Kelly blue book value car off that they got me paying 13k for. Never again am I going there or sending friends there.
