I had a great experience at Matthews Nissan thanks to Daryl Pope and Sam Morris. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a used vehicle with Daryl, he was still incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to answer my questions while I was exploring my options. It really meant a lot that he took the time to help even knowing I might go in a different direction. I ultimately purchased a new 2026 Nissan Sentra with Sam Morris, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Sam was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything and helped make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Both Daryl and Sam provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate how helpful they were throughout the process. If you’re visiting Matthews Nissan, I highly recommend asking for them!

I've been dealing with multiple dealers in the Nashville area and was getting very frustrating. Just trying to get an out the door price to start with. And as usual with most dealers they would come back with price but that also included a lot of extras that they would add on that I did not want. So I found Matthew's Nissan when I expanded my search. As far as how many miles away from Nashville. It's a good hour drive but what a breath of fresh air. No pressure. Great pricing in and out of there in roughly an hour and a half. I was blown away. So if you are in the market for a Nissan, go here first. You won't regret it! Ask for Jeremy. He was the best

He made the entire process of purchasing my 2025 Nissan Sentra, smooth and straightforward, and He was very professional, patient, and made sure I understood each step along the way. The entire team was just as impressive. From getting approved to completing everything in finance, the process was efficient and well explained. I never felt rushed OR pressured, and everyone was respectful and helpful throughout.
