Called late in the day after a freak parking lot accident leaving my tire useless. Very friendly and accommodating on the phone and when we got towed there met the owner and they fit us in to get the issue taken care of right away. Everyone was awesome and that comes from the top down. Highly recommend this business! A+++
I was told about Lee's so I went in and had a question about my engine light but by the time I got there it went out but they told me if it comes back on bring it in and would investigate it family own vary helpful and professional friendly reasonably priced
I have had 2 cars fixed at Lee's. They are honest, fair and reliable. I will continue to get my cars fixed there. My cars are 5 years or older. Lee's gets my business for being trustworthy and helpful.
I own Tristar Auto Sales in Lebanon TN. I had a customer get into an accident and Lee's towed it to their lot. I had to go to clarksville to recover the vehicle. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of folks. Very easy to work with, very forthcoming with the information I needed. If they run their shop like they run their tow in yard, I think you can be confident in coming here for all your automotive needs.
I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. They charged me $20 to put my own spare on... I understand labor but the guy didn't even put the key back where he removed my spare. They do the bare minimum and charge me $20? I've had a similar situation and the guys did it free. I could understand paying if they actually did their job correctly. It was absolutely ridiculous. I feel taken advantage of.
