Everyone is very helpful and very patient! They helped me get a vehicle when it was extremely hard to get one, but they made it work. They are very good on communication to help you out. I have bought cars from a few lots before but none of them have helped me out as much as these guys have. I highly recommend them because of how helpful and straightforward they are.

Shannon and Tristan are hands down honest men! I totaled my vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. Beginning my search, google showed that J&S Auto sales had what I was searching for. After a few trips to several dealers before speaking with Shannon, I was completely over the "looking for what I wanted" and my thought process began to shift...I didn't know if I was going to be able to have what I wanted. After making an inquiry about the vehicle for sale, Shannon reached out to me and explained the vehicle in long depth. I decided to go look at it, however, because previous history with other dealers I didn't get my hopes up. When arriving to J&S, I was given a warm and heartfelt welcome. Everything Shannon had explained appeared to be spot on. The truck was clean with no dents and no mechanical issues at all. I test drove it and it ran like a charm! Absolutely outstanding service here. Shannon gives you the time to pick the vehicle of your dreams and does everything he can to get you in it. J&S Auto sales is by far the most honest dealership I’ve ever been in. If by any chance something goes wrong with your vehicle after purchase they’ll hold up their end of the bargain and fix it without question within 3 months of purchasing the vehicle. They make buying a vehicle a fun experience and absolutely stress free. Their office is super comfortable and relaxed. My wife and I both got our dream vehicles here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Outstanding family owned dealership and if I had a need for another vehicle I’d go back again.

I’d recommend J&S to anyone needing a car. My old 2011 Nissan Sentra broke down and shannon was able to get me another car. These guys are extremely helpful and appreciate their time and effort to find the best price for me. Everyone was very caring and understanding of the situation I was in. They even offered to pick up my old broken down car from my house for a trade in. Definitely recommend

Bought a truck that didn’t last 1 hour before problems taken the truck to them for repairs multiple times to get it fixed. and truck was never repaired just a band aided. I bought warranty through them for nothing they never used it to fix it. Wiring issues transmission has only had 1st 5th and 6th gear for months and I was promised another transmission to repair it on the expense I have it put it in and we shook on that in person .now the owner is ghosting me.i have screen shots i will be posting with review. I paid 30,000$ for a lawn ornament that I have to drive to work sometimes with issues, not safe for my children due to transmission messing up pulling into traffic and loss of faith in Shannon as a man of his word.
