Just bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade here …spoke with Carlos and Angela and this is my first time purchasing at auto union however I have spoke with Carlos previously roughly 2 years ago and I just want to say he is such a welcoming and sweet soul he really goes all the way to help you reach your goal even when your credit is not very satisfactory he does everything in his power to utilize all options he is hard working and I thoroughly enjoyed this process with him today I can’t thank you all enough for helping me I could’ve sat down cried and expressed how terrible my past 2 weeks have been losing my car , my middle son totaling my other car and my oldest sons car having issues I sat on the side of fort Campbell blvd this week while my truck was stuck in the middle of the road and I cried because I didn’t know how I was going to get everyone to work and school but you made my life 1000x easier without me expressing my struggles I knew you genuinely care for people and your understanding and not alot of people are these days thank you so much for helping me get a car I feel like I can breathe I appreciate yall and I’m super happy with my pick I had such a wonderful experience with you all thank you so much Carlos and Angela!!!
