After searching high and low for a deal that worked for our family, Michael and Michelle made it happen. They took the time to explain all of our options, were honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and made us feel confident in our decision. We came in with our kids (ages 3 years and 7 months), and they went above and beyond to make our whole family feel comfortable while we were there. I wasn't coming in here expecting to buy a truck after totaling my last one. But I did and they were a big help with getting me in and out the door within an hour or so. Gunther was funny and enjoyed the ride. He explained things to me about how their financing works as I was taking the truck out for a test drive. I appreciate him being understanding of me calling my ole lady while we were on the drive and relaying messages to her, though she was mad at me for nearly making her burn her steak. I appreciate Sarah for making sure that I could get approved for something, even despite my history and the amount of times she's stayed on me to just get me to come to the lot. Her efforts should be noted.
