5 Flags Auto Sales

We had a great experience. Communication was really good. They let us come after hours, they were friendly and went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly. If youre looking for a good vehicle for a good price, from good people, this is the place.

Would NOT recommend.Avoid this place ! They will lie to your face with a big smile. My wife and I are both disabled which doesn't make a whole lot of difference but we have limited resources. Which he was fully aware of. I asked specific questions about the vehicle particularly the AC response was works great. 3 days after getting home no AC ! Lights go out on the dash and radio. I'm afraid of what's going to happen next. I really wish South Dakota had a lemon law.

Avoid at every possible costs. The owner claims to know so much about vehicles but doesn't know the first thing at all. He buys cheap vehicles at auction and then overprices them with no checking on anything with the vehicle. I'm out a hell of a lot of money because he is just a worthless individual. He lied to me and I verified through the state that he lied. I wish the state would just take away his dealer's license as that would save a lot of people money and time. Most of his vehicles would be better off in a salvage yard.

Went there to look at a van, no one came out to greet us, or even see if they could help. Very disappointed, had the cash to buy the 2008 Chrysler town and country on the spot. But figured if they were not coming out to ask we didn’t need it that bad. Instead decided to go elsewhere where and spend a little more for better Service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! INQUIRED ABOUT A VEHICLE DROVE AN HOUR TO GET THERE WITH CASH ON HAND AND AFTER TEST DRIVE GOT TOLD BY SALESPERSON THAT THEY HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS NOT WILLING TO SELL VEHICLE AFTER DRIVING AN HOUR AND IF I WANTED TO BUY IT TO EITHER COME BACK LATER IN THE DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. FYI called prior to going there and was never informed about appointment and then started acting like they didn't want to sell it.
