I had a great experience at Roughlock Auto with Kris Kjerengtroen he was easy to deal with and not too pushy for a sales person. I lived 50 miles away and needed to make sure the truck was going to fit in my garage. He might not do this for everyone but he let me take it overnight to show my wife and check the fit on the garage. That was so nice of him to do that for me. It gave me a chance to do an extended test drive of the truck. The next day they treated me right on my trade in so we made the deal!! I am happy with the whole process. Good job Kris!!

RISKY BUSINESS WITH ZERO REGARD FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY Kristoffer was explicitly told we did NOT want or need a fancy vehicle — we just needed something reliable because we already have the financial stress that comes with having a newborn. Despite that, he confidently sold us a truck with a failing engine. When we called to try to resolve the issue, we were treated like idiots. We were asked, “What did you think you were buying?” and told that “high-mileage vehicles are risky.” We understand older vehicles come with risk, but we expected a vehicle that was at least safe and functional. If we could afford a brand-new vehicle, obviously we would have bought one. This dealership claims to be “family-oriented” and says they want lifelong customers. The only risky decision we made was trusting a business that appears dishonest and careless. We caught Shane Moore and Kristoffer in multiple lies. Our favorite was them pretending they had “no idea” the truck had engine issues. A worker at Triple H told us a technician had already warned them about the engine problems beforehand. After endless back and forth, Shane finally allowed us to trade the truck in — because, of course, a refund was never an option. Meanwhile, Kristoffer was off in Vegas while Shane couldn’t even look us in the eye, so another salesman handled us instead. The FIRST vehicle he showed us literally started smoking before we even made it back to the lot. His response? “Well… we just got it.” If that’s true, why was it already listed and priced on your website? And why would you show it to a family who was already dealing with one unsafe vehicle? This time we made ourselves crystal clear: WE JUST NEED A CAR THAT WORKS. The salesman recommended a Jeep, and both my husband and I directly asked him, “Would YOU let your family drive this vehicle?” He said yes. Now, ONE DAY LATER, we’re dealing with another vehicle that already needs work. Either these people genuinely do not care what they sell to families, or they will say absolutely anything to close a deal. This experience has been exhausting, expensive, and humiliating. I have never felt more defeated or taken advantage of in my life. Do not shop here unless you have money to burn or extensive mechanical knowledge — because once they get your signature, you’re on your own.
