Auto Choice

We had such a seamless experience with Auto Choice. My husband had been wanting to upgrade from his F250 to an F350 for towing our 5th wheel, but he was honestly having a hard time with the idea of letting go of his truck. Somehow, he ended up finding the exact same truck at Auto Choice — same exterior color, same interior color, everything — but with a few added convenience features he had really been wanting. It honestly felt meant to be. He worked directly with Ben, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Since we were making a 6.5-hour drive to trade trucks, he made sure we knew everything about the vehicle ahead of time and sent an ample amount of pictures so there were no surprises when we arrived. We also had a great experience with Kelly in finance. Because the truck we were purchasing was lower in value than the one we were trading in, she went above and beyond by getting directly on the phone with our lender to help make the process smooth and stress-free. The entire experience was quick, easy, and honestly one of the best vehicle purchases we’ve had. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Huge thanks again to the team for making everything so easy. Highly recommend Auto Choice!

Fantastic Experience at Spearfish Auto Choice! I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from Spearfish Auto Choice, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Kyle and Dylan were absolutely awesome to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. A special shoutout to Kelly in finance—she was incredible! Super helpful, professional, and walked me through all the paperwork with ease. She made what can be a complicated process feel simple and straightforward. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and a top-notch team to work with, I highly recommend checking out Spearfish Auto Choice. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and treat you like family!

Out of state traveling through and had car problems. Casey and his team were fantastic! The other place I called said they could look at my vehicle in 10 days....what? Auto Choice got me right in, took time to access the issue and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service and for taking care of me and my family. Made it home safe and sound, would highly recommend. So nice to know places like this still exist.

Definitely only good things to say from our experience! We were in the market for a MINI Cooper that unfortunately sold the day we expressed interest, but Kyle and the rest of the team were kind enough to find another one for us for a very reasonable price quite quickly after! Kyle made our buying process very easy which was appreciated as first time buyers~ Dave delivered our car to us in good time and his help on delivery and passion for the dealership was amazing! We would definitely work with them again!

Absolutely cannot recommend Auto Choice enough. From the very begining to the end of our transaction, they made purchasing a car so easy and pleasant, even when buying from a distance. We dealt with Kyle and he was kind, professional and really went the extra mile (har har) for us, from ensuring they could get us the car I specifically wanted, and even having it delivered (thanks Dave!) it to eastern SD when our other vehicle died and we couldn't make the drive out to Spearfish. Thank you all so much for the time and effort that everyone went through to get me my dream car. Absolutely made my year. :)
