Rice's Rapid Motorsports

I’d been searching for the perfect Indian, and the folks at Rice’s made it happen for me. They accommodated me at every turn and made my trip as easy as could be. I rode up from Colorado with my trade-in, and Kyle helped me get a fair shake on its value. I needed some unique financing assistance, and Tobi made it happen. I was a little unsure about where best to put it through its paces for a first ride, and Steve hooked me up with some great suggestions. Thanks, Rice’s Rapid Motorsports! JD was fantastic. Really went the extra mile in customer service. I ended up buying 2 bikes and the ladies in finance were awesome. The dealerships clean pleasant and enjoyable to hang around all the staffs friendly.

I called and talked to Steve, made a deal over the phone, put down a refundable deposit, when I walked in the store I was promptly greeted and they found Steve for me. I wasn't under any pressure to buy or upgrade anything, they were only focused on me being happy with the bike and helping me get it out the door and into my trailer. Even made sure it was topped off with fuel! Normally I hate dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely do business with Steve in the future. Karmon was awesome too with the financial side! It probably helps that I was focused myself on what I wanted and I'm not an indecisive tire kicker.

Went in on a whim cause I had the day off and was tinkering with the idea of potentially getting a new bike. Steve took care of me the second I walked through the door! Took me on two test drives without batting an eye and without any pressure sold me on getting my first brand new motorcycle (2026 Suzuki GSX-8R). Tobi made the paperwork aspect a breeze because, let’s be real, who enjoys the paperwork aspect of anything. But Tobi had everything in order, made it so I had options for financing and sold me on their plans for extended service which I did take. Got a great deal on my trade in, which the peeps at Rice actually sold me some 7-8 years ago so there’s something to be said for my experiences I’ve had with this business 😉 Steve checked my fuel and oil levels, polished her off and put my temp plate on all while I was getting the 1000 signatures where they needed to be so when I was ready to go I was ready to go! All in all, from start to finish I could not be happier with my experience today. Thanks to everyone who assisted and of course shout out to Steve and Tobi! See yall while riding!

RRs Motorsports has a large collection of fun products, including accessories. The mechanics are awesome. Tobi rocks. She's fun, smart and quick to help and has great communication skills. Be sure to check out the leather jackets too. Ryan is brand new on the job, but is doing great... Steve will be there to assist. Would have given a 5-star, but the CFMOTO Ibex800 we purchased wasn't setup for convenience. It immediately needed a software update, the battery needed to be charged and the language wasn't set to English. Just simple extras that customers would appreciate. Thanks for all the help!!
