Shawn Conyers was an amazing sales person to work with. I met him on this past Saturday and I loved his positive energy. He was honest about everything I ask. I was interested in a couple of cars and he went out of his way to get me the car I really wanted & the payments. He is an asset to your company and i felt honored to have had him as my sales person. Shawn, you did an Absolutely Fantastic Job. The whole staff was great and I applaud them all. They work together as a team and answered every question that i asked & you can't find good customer service like that anymore. I Love my and would recommend Tru Auto to my family & friends. After 3+ weeks, I was able to drive off the lot with something beautiful. Thanks to Gene (Finance) & Shawn (Sales expert & salesmen of the month) , the process went smoothly. (ONLY REASON THEY GET 5 STARS) I was annoyed at first because Gustavo, the sales manager, refused to communicate with me efficiently. Every time he promised to follow up, he didn’t. So my process was long and drawn out for no reason… I was lost in the process until I showed up & went to Gene. But…Ask for SHAWN‼️ He took me to Ladson just to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my family. He is the best!

We stopped by just to look at the cars they had, and Steve made the whole experience really easy. My dad doesn’t speak English, so it was great that he’s bilingual and could explain everything to him in Spanish. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. We really appreciated how helpful and patient he was. If you’re looking for great customer service, definitely ask for Steve. And if you or a family member prefers speaking Spanish, I highly recommend going to him—he made the experience so much easier for us.
