Great experience buying my first Ford F-150! The staff treated us very well and made the process easy. Manuela was amazing—very helpful, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an outstanding experience at Jones Ford. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A huge shoutout to Mike Kane and his team for going above and beyond to get me into a brand new Ford F-150. They made the entire process smooth, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure I got a deal that made sense for me. There was no pressure, just genuine effort to help me drive off in the truck I wanted. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually takes care of you and gets things done right, I highly recommend Jones Ford. Ask for Mike Kane you won’t be disappointed!
The experience at Jones Ford was truly one of a kind. The entire process was fast and efficient. In the past, I’ve spent an entire day at dealerships, but at Jones Ford, I was in and out in just an hour and a half. These guys are amazing. From Mickey, the salesman, who is an absolute superstar, to Michael in finance, who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The value I received at Jones Ford was second to none. They have earned my business for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.
3rd purchase from Jones Ford so far with not a single problem. Dealership has been in business for over 40 years and still going strong. My first purchase there a 1979 Ford Thunder Bird. My new purchase 2025 Ford F 150 .
When we purchased a Ford Bronco this week for my wife it was one of the best automobile buying experiences we have had. We stopped on a Saturday afternoon and a salesman, Stephen Hegele, greeted us in the lot. He was very helpful and not pushy. The following Thursday we called back and wanted to test drive the Bronco. The Stephen could not be there but he asked Mickey Middleton to help us. My wife loved the Bronco and it was what she wanted. After confirming that Stephen would get credit for the sale we decided to buy it. It was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had.
