I purchased my Vehicle on Feb. 10 from Northwoods and the experience was great. Charlie was very helpful in getting me set up with the SUV that I needed. The process was quick and easy I arrived at 10am and left at 2pm with my vehicle. The ladies in Finance were very helpful and friendly as well. My alternator went out Shortly after I purchased my vehicle and when I called they told me to bring it right in. They replaced it quickly and with no charge for labor. So far my over all experience with Northwoods has been great. I really enjoy how helpful and friendly everyone has been so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good used vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle from here in February and I'm still enjoying it with no complaints. The customer service was excellent. I brought a 2006 Gmc Pickup for my Grandson from Northwoods auto sales 2 years ago the staff was just awesome the Sales person we had was very informative and went out of his way to please us . We are very happy with our purchase all we had to do is change the oil no other maintenance has had to be done . The girls in finance are awesome Amanda is so helpful and they always make you feel very special when you come in . We will definitely be buying another vehicle in the next couple of months for our other Grandson. I was looking forward to car shopping here. Everyone was so nice and I unfortunately just came around a time they didn't have a ton of cars in my price range. (They do have a lot of inventory though). I was pretty bummed when the car the salesman hyped up to me (which they cleaned and detailed very well) could hardly be pulled around for me to test drive. No power steering (easy fix though), check engine light on with a loud rattling coming from the engine. It was pretty disappointing considering all they kept saying was how great and reliable a car it was. I could hardly pull it around the building to drive. I probably won't be back, but maybe if you have a super high budget you could get a good car.
