Gifts Auto Sales

Very thoughtful and caring. This young couple works extremely hard, holding down different businesses. They sold me a great car at a fair price.

If i could rate 0 I would!!! got my Dodge Charger in June, first issue was the windshield wipers that didn't work but they had me set an appointment to get those fixed by them. upon going to the appointment the mechanic they have tells me that the handle isn't even connected and that i would have to purchase a new handle with wiring for him to even start fixing it! fast forward to August 1st, the car overheats and breaks down, i get it towed to a family friend who says is the transmission to which i contact the lien holders who says "my sons car had th same issue and it was a simple fix your godfather's wrong bring it to us". they tow it to their shop and for THREE MONTHS while they "work on the car" im still being asked to pay the car payments. they send me an invoice for the fix for about $700 and when i argued about the price and how it should be lowered i was told that i would have paid more trying to fix the transmission and that they could've sold the car from under me instead of fixing it up!! eventually i check the car and it wasn't overheating anymore and it was driving good so i thought the issue was handled. needless to say it wasn't and the car ended up having traction issues and got totaled before i could take it back to them and they asked me to pay to get it out of the tow yard and sent to them. don't buy from them!!!! Edit: you're saying i couldn't afford the payments when in reality i felt like paying for a car that i didn't even have in my possession due you guys neglect was crazy! you also bring up my mother and sister buying a vehicle from you guys but that's irrelevant to me buying a car. i'd also like to say that the man at the tow yard said they purchased a lemon from you guys as well giving even more reason not to trust you guys. but sure, i couldn't afford it and now im coming back to try to give a bad review for nothing🤷🏾‍♀️

This business is a major scam. We were sold a car a month later it wasn't riding correctly so we took it to a shop. It has close to 3000 dollars in repairs. The business owner of Gifts Auto Sales would not take any responsibility for selling us a lemon. Bad Business!!!! Save yourself and do Not Buy Anything From This Business!!!!

Told me he would sell me a car for a agreed price and said to come back the next day because he did'nt have the title in hand or I would have bought it on the spot, had cash in hand and sold it out from underneath us and never got ahold of me. I'm glad I didn't pay for an uber to go up there to get it before reaching out to him. Also it was my son's first car and he was very excited! I never wanted to buy the car without a title I never would but I'm surely not going to give somebody their asking price when the car is leaking oil out of it has no air conditioner and needs wheel bearing hubs in the front. And then wants to say that it is not sold when he responded to me it was sold

Nobody answers the phone can't even enter the lot and I was interested in the c300 I saw online price is 2k difference from the paper I can see in the window can't trust it
