I had a great experience for my first car-buying experience specifically at Hendrick Honda. My sales rep, Michelle Wise, was incredibly knowledgeable on the model I was looking for, its features, and eventually walking me through the customization process when it was ready for me to take delivery. The entire service team and management did a great job in locating the car and features I was looking for, and had it delivered in an incredibly timely fashion. The price and negotiation process was great; I received a great offer on my trade in vehicle. Jake Lynch in finance was easy to work with during the paperwork process, and the entire experience was incredibly efficient and professional. I am very happy with my Honda purchase and the care/maintenance package I’ve purchased, and I would strongly recommend going to Hendrick Honda for any future car purchasing experience.

This is my 4th experience with Hendrick Honda and every single one has been wonderful. I have never been bullied or pressured and the staff have always been wonderful. This last experience I had sales consultant Kayla Montaniz helping me deal the d al. I came in looking for my next CRV and she graciously showed me all my color options and wishes. She then showed me a passport to show me another option the CRV had interior wise. My teen fell in love and honestly, I did too. The car had a great sale and Kayla and the team was able to work out an even better deal for me and I came back later that night to purchase it. She made it a very pleasurable, easy, fast and wonderful experience as did all of Hendrick! She followed up today to ask if I had more questions and helped me with some settings I needed to figure out. Fantastic sales lady with a great smile. Go find her and you’ll be happy even if you’re just looking and don’t want to take one home today.

Jeff Woods is an outstanding salesperson. We were able to negotiate a great price on my 2026 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. He was there every step of the way.He has a very professional and personable personality. He guided us on the use of all components of the vehicle.
