Rock 'n Roll Auto Sales

I can't explain how awesome rock n roll auto has been to us!!! They worked so very hard to help make our dream come true a d they did it! I really really can't say thank you enough to Feed and Cameron and his wife! And to think I almost didn't go to them cause of a review so I am here to say my truck we've had for over a month is running great and they worked so hard! Wish I could explain the gratitude! So if you are looking for a truck go to Rock N Roll auto sales!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My significant other purchased a vehicle from this dealership for $18,000, and within just 7 days, the vehicle became completely undrivable. After taking the vehicle to Advance Auto Parts for diagnostics, 14 engine and system codes appeared. We immediately contacted the dealership, and they instructed us to take the vehicle to one of their mechanics. Because the vehicle was no longer drivable, we were forced to pay for an expensive tow over 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Before ending the phone call with the seller, I specifically asked if we could receive a copy of the inspection paperwork, and he assured me that we could. After the vehicle remained with their mechanic for two days, we picked it up. When I requested the inspection paperwork again, we were told it was located at the dealership. We then drove an additional 30 minutes to the dealership, only for the seller to refuse to provide the paperwork and instead claim he would send over a previous inspection report. We never received any documentation. To make matters worse, as soon as we arrived back home, the check engine light came back on. We returned to Advance Auto Parts, and this time 8 diagnostic codes appeared. Once again, we contacted the dealership, and we were instructed to bring the vehicle back to the mechanic for another 2–3 days. I informed the seller that, due to our work schedules, we would likely arrive between 7:00–8:00 PM. The seller stated he would contact the mechanic and call me back. Hours passed, and we never received a return call. Both of us attempted to contact the dealership multiple times and received no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially draining. We have spent excessive amounts of money towing the vehicle, driving back and forth long distances, and constantly paying for gas — all for a vehicle that my significant other has barely been able to enjoy since purchasing it. For a dealership to sell a vehicle in this condition and then fail to provide proper documentation, communication, or accountability is completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Doesn’t negotiate pricing when you come back with a pre inspection report for the $17,900 truck.. when the auto shop found $6k worth of stuff to repair. Don’t recommend, definitely take in the reviews in consideration.

Don't trust the salesmen. Will lie to you and when you come back he acts like he doesn't have any reconciliation of what was said. Sold me a vehicle that had 3 20's and 1 18 inch rim. When I bought it back to let him know he claims that was bot how he sent it to me. They also sold me a vehicle with a rack and pin rigged and didn't break loose until 30 day warranty has ended. My reverse camera displays backwards . My radio cuts on and off as I am driving as well as resets itself all the time. Be careful buying from this dealership because they will rigged things up just long enough for you not to be able to bring the car back. I've had the vehicle for less than a year and already had to pay more than 4000$ to fix it. I will never shop here again and Im still making payments.

I dont even want to leave a 1 star but my mother in law bought acadia 2014 about a week ago an after a weeks drive in started making horrible noise at the tire an we took it to the tire shop an they found damages pads,rotors,caliber shot control arm, inner/outer tie rods an alignment, struts, shocks everything shot she paid 7,000 for the car they shouldn't have sold her this car but they did so be very careful buying from these people
