Well my husband and I bought a car from this place 1 year ago and I have been happy with the car since the day we drove it off the lot. We got a note saying they would fix the back door when the part got in but never heard anything after that with the first week we took the car to the shop due to us experiencing issues we where told the frame was bent. They did have us take the car back to them where they had it for a little bit. The bottom line is in a year we have put less then 3000 miles on the car ... the car has been in the shop more then we have actually had it. The car had major issues when we bought it but we didn't know that. Now we are currently looking else where for another car while stuck with this car that doesnt run right nor has never ran right. The car now sits in the driveway yet we have to make payment on it. Because careful when buying cars especially here in S.C there is no law to protect you in this state for buying preowed cars. You may end up with a car that you got for about 10,000 and then have to do what we have been dealing with and now the shop bill is up to about 6000 and the car is still turning off when being drive making loud noises it should not and Shakespeare up. Get a car fax guys if you buy a car walk away even it is just a door that don't work there will be other issues then you end up with a money pit that you wish ypu never bought and I have all the receipts don't play with me. Be careful when buying from this company we will never again as a matter of fact we won't buy from another car place like this again it will have to be a real car company the next round ford, Chevy, Koa those type of places don't normally make you suffer at the end. I see yall replied and no yall never fixed the door and also I see you guys loke to reply but what I did that others may not have is i have the paperwork all the text are documented and the calls where recorded. However this car was our fault due to the fact we where desperate if we had to do it all over again I would have told the loan company the deal was off within the 24 hour However I didn't so I will eat that one but nope I would never buy another car from yall nor would I recommend it like I said a lot of people don't think the can be approved at real car dealerships but that is untrue they will work with you so there are other options other then being stuck with a car that you pay to much for and have to put a ton of money into btw I did do the carfax myself after the last shop visit just so you know I do know for a fact what kind of vehicle was sold to us. Everyone reading this check the Vin numbers yourselves before making a purchase so you know what your getting yourselves into and I will leave this here. Also I am working with others to try to change the laws for pre-owned car buyer to help protect them as well from being a sucker. Lemon laws should 100 percent go for used cars and new car and lawyers here should be able to fight in your defense on these matters jist because a car is used when people are spending 10,000 and they work hard to have the things they do have they should be able to know the law will be on their side as well. And yes I do use what I have been through with this car as an example since like I said we have kept very good records on this matter. P.S. we also did in fact purchase the warranty that does nothing since the first visit to the shop before we took it back to you guys said the frame was bent and that automatically vioded that warranty as a matter of fact that 2000 for that warranty was never gave back to us so we paid that for nothing. It was useless but I loke how you guys loke to defend thing yet we did get the warranty I which I could show the proof but this review doesnt have a place to put all the picture on it or I would happily supply them for others to view.

Called and put a deposit/hold fee down on a SUV snd its non refundable so clearly I am coming to get it. They didn’t tell me the windshield was cracked. Sold me the vehicle saying they going to fix it and we up on almost two months and still no windshield fixed and not returning my calls! But when the finance company calling them for some more documents yall calling for that but not calling me for my windshield! As long as they got they money thats all they worried about!

2 months still waiting for paperwork that needs to be processed for DMV. PAID CASH FOR THE CAR ! (Car was fully insured before leaving the lot ) I've called them / text . Getting Zero answers! This is absolutely ridiculous. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE . Horrible!

I purchased a SUV at the time I didn’t know the windshield needed to be replaced before I picked up the SUV. After I arrived and brought to their attention, arrangements were supposed to be made to get it down but after a month I’m still getting the run around.
