This is a long over due review. When I say I am so grateful for Let's go auto and the amazing humans that work there. It all started with Jason reavjing but after I had out some inquires in online. I explained my situation and what my budget was. He told me to come in so we can see what can be worked out, so I went the next day. Upon arrival I then met Ms. Whitney an earth angle doing God's work. This women went above and beyond past closing time to make sure I drove off the lot that day because she understood that I really needed to close that day. So genuine and transparent. Thank you Jason and Whitney for all your help. Forever grateful I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for your next car ‼️ No one trying to over sell up sell A safe space of honesty and business. P.S. The vehicle selection is great, the prices are a good value for the vehicles, every person in the office from sales (Jason) to finance (Whitney) was personable, knowledgable and professional. This business really puts in the work to earn good business and I would absolutley buy more vehicles from here if the need arises.

The car I bought was fairly priced and in better condition than I expected for the year and mileage. What impressed me most was how straightforward everything was—no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just honest business. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle and a dealership that stands behind what they sell. Support local—these folks do it right.

My husband’s and I experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a vehicle with the expectation that the issues experienced with the vehicle not even 1 week after purchasing would be repaired, yet the same problems continue to exist. We have been making payments on a vehicle that has not been reliably usable. We have spoken with Whitney on multiple occasions and were repeatedly told that she would speak with the owners and contact us by specific deadlines. Those promised callbacks never happened. We received no phone call, text message, or email, despite being assured that someone would follow up. At this point, the repeated promises that were not kept have made us lose all confidence in the dealership’s honesty and customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and communicating with us, we have been forced to continually reach out for updates while remaining financially responsible for a vehicle we cannot fully use. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. Because this matter has not been resolved, we are pursuing every available avenue, including filing complaints with the appropriate agencies and exploring legal action. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to get every promise in writing and thoroughly research this dealership before making a purchase.
