He takes the time to make sure my vehicle is safe for the road and well taken care of. It is clear he truly cares about his customers and their safety. I’ve had my vehicle for three years now, and unfortunately my experience with this dealership—specifically the finance department—has been consistently disappointing. The level of professionalism and communication I’ve encountered is lacking. Interactions feel dismissive, and there is little to no effort made to show understanding or provide helpful support when concerns are brought forward. What’s also concerning is how different this experience feels compared to the positive reviews you see online. It raises questions about how accurately those reviews reflect real customer experiences. Based on my experience over time, I would not recommend this dealership. Professionalism and customer respect should be consistent throughout the entire ownership experience, not just at the point of sale.
