I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering a vehicle from this business. I came in to look at an Audi and agreed to put down a deposit to hold it until my funds were available. The staff was very polite and the atmosphere was very easy-going. Truly nice guys! The next day I called back to let them know my situation had changed and I no longer needed a vehicle. My deposit was paid via Zelle and hadn’t yet posted to their account. We agreed to talk again once it posted. As per their word, they returned all but a small portion of my deposit. I felt like this was fair as they held the car in good faith. In today’s world, people and businesses often make claims that they refuse to stand behind. This company gave me their word that I would get my deposit back and they followed through. They stand on business ten toes down. If you need a vehicle, you can trust them to treat you right!

I’ve been looking for a car for my daughter for over 6 months. I’m very skeptical of used dealerships but this one is different. They treat you like family(the ones you really love). There was no pressure to buy anything. Then when I finally found something I liked, Rico gave me a great deal. The young lady at the front desk had all my paperwork together, temp tag and registration. The whole process was too easy. I couldn’t believe it. 10/10 I will definitely buy another car from them.
