I can honestly say Chad was good to me but had I known i could get financed through the bank I would’ve never gone here an overpaid on a 2011 car for 16,000 with 150,000 miles. I eventually l let the car go back when I got approved through my back for a brand new 2025 at an actual dealership for a less down payment as well. This is more so a second chance company If you can’t get approved anywhere else but the owner is really a good person.

This can be one of the BEST buy here pay here car lots in the Gaston/Columbia area if the Guys in the mechanic shop put a pep in there step and actually fix the cars. and when I say fix the cars I mean fix them all the way before they sale them and fix them when you come to get them fix cause I've had my car almost two months and I've been to that shop to get my car fix/checked out 7 times or better . I've even taken it to someone else to get a diagnose and when I told them what they said and showed the paper work.... Alex still didnt agree with it and all John wants to do is sit in the computer chair and tell you to drop your car off so they can keep it for a week and take their poor little time to fix one little small issue

Do not buy a car from this place. I repeat do not buy a car from this place. I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I’ve brought my car in multiple times for repairs that I was told had been fixed, yet I keep ending up having to pay out of pocket for the same issues afterward. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting the problem to be resolved, only to have it come back or find out it wasn’t properly repaired in the first place. As a customer, I expect honest communication, quality work, and repairs that actually last. Instead, I’ve had to deal with repeated issues, extra expenses, and unnecessary stress. I trusted this shop to take care of my vehicle, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience. I hope they take more accountability and improve the quality of their service moving forward.
