Avoid this dealership. I called in late January about a vehicle and was told it was in good mechanical condition aside from a timing chain replacement — a one-week job. They asked for a deposit upfront due to "high interest" in the car, which should have been my first red flag. From there, it was nothing but excuses and zero proactive communication. The one-week fix dragged on for over a month and a half. I was given a firm pickup date of March 15th at noon, only to arrive after an hour's drive to find my car still on the lift with no wheels and the hood up. I told the owner, Imad, I was done and wanted my deposit back. After tracking down the other owner, Jacob, I was told the refund would take up to 10 business days to process. Ten days later — nothing. These people will waste your time and your money. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere. Edit to add to their response: I only disputed the charge after the 10 day “waiting” period was complete and there was still no money refunded. It should be noted that the day after the dispute was filed the money started showing up. Convenient timing. But thank you for finally acknowledging that you do not actually have to wait 10 days to refund the money. Do better.

This place will shake you down if your car gets towed there. Worst company on earth! Would not trust them
