Municipal Auto Sales

David is amazing qa wonderful sales-PERSON I got a great deal on my trade in ! He worked with me to complete a great deal I will never go anywhere else again ❣️

Strong 5 stars! Bought my Jeep from here back in May (2021), here it is November and I'm still just as happy as the day I bought it! Anthony treated me more than fair! He worked with me on the price and for being the new owner of the place and not being 100% set up (then), he had everything ready for me the next day! He is very down to earth, and not too pushy like other dealerships I've been to in the past! Highly recommend!

Nice clean cars

Some nice vehicles but not listed on their website and email inquiries go unnoticed. Will update if I get a reply...

Decent deal on a truck but they can do better on their customer service/consistency . We drove from CT to see a truck that we ended up buying, upon leaving the deposit and signing the sales contract we were promised the truck would be completely detailed- per signage in the office and no longer driven since it was under contract. Upon pick up 3 days later the truck wasn't even vacuumed and had an additional 130 miles on it. It wasn't even minorly cleaned - nowhere near a detail job was done although the excuse for the mileage was "due to the drive to be detailed". Staff should also be more well versed in out of state purchases and the process, the initial salesperson promised we would leave with the truck on the phone as well as in person until he left, the manager then worked with us to finish the deal and informed us of the correct process resulting in another 3 hour back and forth drive. Truck also contained multiple personal items from previous owner/driver-something a thorough cleaning would have cleared out.
