I purchased a car for my son’s 21st birthday. Jim was amazing and made sure the car was ready for my son! The application process was quick and he explained everything to me so that I could understand all of the information provided. My son loves the car and I love that I don’t have to drive him around everywhere 🤣 My son’s face says it all! Go here if you ever need a nice reliable car!!!! They are great people here
Had a great experience dealing with Jim and Riverside Auto Sales & Service. Bought a 2008 Subaru Forester. Runs great and is super clean. Jim knows how to clean a car! It’s in great shape. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Riverside Auto. Jim made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Everything was as advertised and then some.
I purchased my 2013 Nissan from Steve and the service was outstanding! I really did not have a lot time to dedicate looking for a vehicle and I was in extreme need of one asap. Steve went over and beyond to make this a fast and smooth process and I couldn't be happier! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Riverside Auto Sales!!!! Thank you for everything, I will be recommending people here!
The mechanics were extremely helpful, provided a fair price, and scheduled everything promptly. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose what was going on with my car and even offered alternative options if additional maintenance was needed. The work was completed efficiently, and while some services can be costly, the quality and level of care made it worthwhile. They were great to work with, and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning for future service!
Would highly recommend!! Even though I’ve moved from the neighborhood, I am willing to drive 40 mins to get my car serviced here! That says a lot as a Rhode Islander! My family has been going to this mechanic and his brother since I was a little kid. It’s rare to find mechanics with integrity. I just bought a car from Jim, really happy with my purchase! Riverside auto sales is honest, reliable, always available to help or talk, answers any questions or concerns and gives you reassurance by really taking the time to inspect and check what needs to be fixed. I am confident going to this business, knowing I will get excellent, honest service. They’ve never overcharged me, or tried to add in unnecessary fixes. They’re always reasonable about pricing and transparency about what needs to be done.
