Excellent customer services and really nice cars
Steer clear of HiTech Auto Sales in Providence! My experience with them was absolutely terrible. I bought a 2014 Subaru Impreza that turned out to be a total lemon, riddled with problems right after I drove it off the lot. Trying to get in touch with them afterward was a nightmare, and the "warranty" they pushed was completely useless, covering absolutely nothing.To make matters worse, they lowballed me on my trade-in, giving me a measly $1500 for my 2010 Nissan Sentra. Imagine my shock when I found out they turned around and resold it for $5500! This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and I feel completely scammed. Save yourself the headache and your money—go somewhere else.
Worst place to buy a car very dishonest. Will work for a week then die they won't respect the lemon law or assist with repairs 🚨DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE
