My husband and I purchased a GMC Acadia three weeks ago. Tom and Lou were wonderful to work with. My husband had mentioned a couple items on the car that would need to be replaced (just due to regular wear) and they made sure it was done even before we had test driven the car a second time. Lou got the best deal for financing for us that we were able to get with our credit scores and made it a smooth process. We will definitely purchase a car again at this dealership.

Great service. Great group of guys. Lou was very helpful and made the process super easy. Not only did they help me buy my truck but they also went out of the way to help my son with his car mechanical issues. I will continue to shop for cars with them as I need them. I came down to this dealer and the guy, Tom, was very nice when I got there. He said the vehicle was going to be serviced. Everything was fine until I checked the vehicle myself. The doors made noises as soon as you opened them up (but that’s fine, nothing a little oil can’t fix). However, after I drove the vehicle and shifted from Drive to Reverse, I heard a knock. That could mean low transmission fluid, a bad transmission, or another issue. I told him, “I would like to buy here, but fix these issues and I’ll come back and check it out again.” Unfortunately, the morning after I visited the dealer, I received a call at 5:00 AM that my youngest brother had passed away. I drove to Boston completely devastated, with people calling me nonstop to confirm the news. I didn’t have the time or the mindset to think about buying a car. Long story short, I had Tom calling me multiple times in the middle of one of the worst days of my life. I didn’t pick up because I was dealing with a lot and trying to figure out funeral arrangements, something I had absolutely no idea how to handle. Then, at 10:00 PM, he sent me a text acting like he fixed the issues just for me, saying, “I did this for you as fast as possible.” Sir, regardless of me, you had to fix those issues for anyone buying the vehicle. Or were you planning on selling a vehicle with problems? Texting me at 10:00 PM and pushing for a sale is not how you handle a situation like this. I told you I was going to check it out again, even though I had every right to walk away since I never signed anything. I was going to come back and potentially buy the vehicle, even though I had already purchased another one before visiting your dealership. But just so you know, Tom, because of the texting and the pressure at 10:00 PM, I am officially off the market. Do not reach out to me again.
