Had two vehicles I wanted to trade in for one nicer one that fit my family of 7. I needed something that had seating for 8 because I have 3 car seats. Pacillia was great! She sent me several different options of vehicles and let me know when they had a new vehicle that matched my criteria. They gave a reasonable offer for both of my vehicles and worked with me to get the new vehicle. Knowing that I'm a busy mom or 5, she processed all of the paperwork ahead of time so we were in and out of there in no time! My family and I love our new vehicle and we have peace of mind knowing that we have a 3 month warranty in case anything goes wrong during that time. 😊

Sold us a complete lemon, for over $20,000. Purchased our truck (2019 Chevy) in December 2025. Four months later, April 2026, the truck completely broke down. Had it towed off the highway to our local repair shop - originally the issue was a failed engine lifter. Original quote from the shop was over $2k. Called Montage, spoke with the woman at the front desk, who proceeded to scold me for not purchasing the extended warranty, raising her voice, and making statements of "We sell cars that might last 5 years or might last 5 months," "I'm not a fortune teller," demanded that we pay to have the truck towed from the shop TO Montage for THEM to fix it instead (without ever giving a price estimate), etc, talking down to me, berating me for not spending even more money on an extended warranty, the whole nine yards. Eventually, the owner of the shop called me, apologized for the way that employee spoke to me, and paid half of the original quote to the repair shop. Never heard from them again. Fast forward, the repair quickly snowballed from one failed engine lifter to THREE failed engine lifters, a complete camshaft failure, a broken spring in the cam blazer, and more. It is now July, and our truck is STILL in the shop. I contacted Montage Motors in early June looking to speak with the owner again, as our original repair quote has (understandably) doubled, and we're continuing to make payments on the truck while also paying weekly for a rental car (which has cost us a total of $2,400 itself). We're average people - we don't have $10k sitting around. When I called back in early June, I was greeted by the same ever-so-friendly woman at the desk, who was actually more kind this time, and informed me that the owner was on vacation until June 21st, but she was going to call him and have him get in touch with me. Guess what never happened? Our repairs are being done by a trusted local auto body shop that we have worked with previously. The owner of the body shop deduced that the truck we purchased from Montage Motors (for, again, well over $20k), was previously repaired with the cheapest aftermarket parts possible, sold/bought at auction due to necessary repairs, and ultimately is a complete lemon. Montage Motors essentially sold a complete lemon, wiped their hands of all responsibility, and claims to have no record of repairs to the vehicle whatsoever (because they have been "erased"). Save yourself a headache, and a few thousand dollars, and go literally anywhere else.

Back in November I brought a car from here and 2 months later water pump had to he replace shortly after my check engine light came on for a bad catalic converter also my windshield defrost does not work at all. The owner lied and said they order the parts and called my wife for the car to come back in and my wife nor I got the call from them. Would never buy again from there or do any business with them
