Back in 2019, I bought my first car from Carvana. If you tallied up all the hours I wasted at traditional dealerships over the years— literally days of my life. I'd call ahead specifically to ask if they had any manual-transmission cars on the lot, only to show up and find out I'd been lied to just so they'd get me in the door and try to talk me out of my one non-negotiable requirement. I finally got fed up. So I decided to take the plunge: buy a car online without ever seeing it or test-driving it—something I'd always considered way too risky. I set my filters, scrolled for maybe a few minutes, locked my phone, pet the dog, grabbed a beer, sank back into the couch… and bought the car in under 10 minutes. It was shockingly easy, and from the comfort of my own couch. Fast-forward to 2025 and that same car has never left me stranded. It's paid off, but small and fun to drive. However my life looks a lot different now, I'm a dad, working full-time, and I just don't have hours to burn kicking tires, haggling with finance managers, or playing the waiting game while my toddler gets tired and cranky. No more letting them wear me down into accepting a lousy deal. These days I set my filters again, sent a few solid options to my better half (who now absolutely loves her new ride), and handled the whole thing without ever going out into the cold(-4° F this morning). I would like to specifically thank Brandon Dube, and Megan Sloniker for their exemplary customer service. Alfred and Mickayla of Carvana Scranton were so warm and friendly, they really locked in a great experience. I wish I made more money lol, I can't wait to do business with you guys again. Seriously thank you guys. Whomever I spoke with on the phone Thursday 1/29 should take notes. If my sole carvana experience were with you, I wouldn't be a carvana customer.

Sold my car to Carvana. We had to drive to them to drop it off, but they gave top dollar and it took less than 10 minutes for them to process the paperwork and pay me the expected price. No haggling, no low ball, virtually no discussion.

recently purchased a car from Carvana on April 6th, and the entire experience has been terrible. After paying in full, I went to pick up the car, but just two miles down the highway, something broke underneath, causing it to swerve. I immediately pulled over and called customer service. The first representative I spoke to actually laughed at me, which was unbelievably unprofessional. Thankfully, a second customer service rep, two days later, apologized and was kind, but by that point, I still had no updates. I returned the car, had to Uber home, and still didn’t hear anything for 48 hours, even though they promised to keep me updated on the dashboard. I had to call corporate again and file a complaint. Even then, when they said they would drop it off at 5:30, they later called to say it wouldn’t happen. This has been a nightmare. I should have just gone to a traditional dealership. Do not buy from Carvana in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

If I could give zero stars I would. Carvana thinks it’s acceptable to sell cars with dry rotting tires. Car failed inspection and it’s taking over 5 days to be approved for them to pair for a repair. Was told a refund would take 10 business days which would mean I’d be careless for that long plus the process of getting another car. Every person you talk to has zero idea what’s going on and multiple times an advocate has given me wrong information. If you like throwing your patience and money in the garbage the carvana is the way to go. Company is a joke!
