We got in contact, we test drove the car and they made the process, simple and oddly enjoyable. The conversation flowed and my husband, 4 year old and I felt comfortable. Keith in finance knows what he's doing and he does it quick, he's on top of things and works well. David, was easy to talk welcoming and genuine, and Brandon was wholesome and kind, I think he and my 4 year old are best friends now. Purchased my first car a few years ago took me forever to remember the name. They sold me a Honda fit, out of inspection with bald tires and no breaks aswell as having a recall on the CV-axel. I was told I could take the car that day and then bring it back for the work to be completed. When I contacted the company they acted like I didn’t even buy the car from them and ignored me. Keep in mind this was a few years ago at this point I just hope this helps somebody if they end up in the same situation, wouldn’t want someone else having to pay for all of this like I had to.

Worst experience ever! I was excited to finance a 2013 Audi S4 6 speed. They called me first thing in the morning. They ran my credit and were supposed to call me back 30 minutes after we got off the phone so we could talk numbers. They never called. I had to call hours later. I spoke with Brandon about the finance department so I could get ready to sign documents, put a nice down payment on the vehicle, and get it shipped. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes. Let me remind you all, my credit application had been run through. I didn't hear from Brandon until 2 hours before closing time, when he told me the car was sold to a person who paid cash. First come, first served, especially if you run somebody's credit. If you're going to run somebody's credit and they're approved, it should be sold to that person instead of leaving them with a hard inquiry I will fight off. This is my experience. I hope this does not happen to you.
