Alpha Motors , PA Authorized Notary Tag And Title

By far the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. Ang is phenomenal. I told her exactly what make, model, and year car we were looking for and she went above and beyond our expectations. I will recommend Alpha Motors to anyone looking for a car and will definitely be back in the future.

Bought a vehicle in December. Before we even had the car for a week it already needed to go into the repair shop. Which they covered thankfully. From that point forward it was all down hill. Not only that but the warranty company that they work with absolutely horrendous. Did not want to cover any of the service work apart. Now its 5 months and I have not driven the vehicle in near 3 weeks as it has more problems. One after another. Anyone that doubts this message I can provide handful of repair receipts. Unfortunately we are not covered under the lemon law as this car and dealer ship is clearly selling cars that are not safe for you and your family. BUYER BEWARE.

I gave a deposit so that she can keep the car because she told me she sells fast. I called to get insurance on the car and pick up the car the next day but the owner had family issues and told me I should have called before coming to the shop. She won’t be there till 2pm . The next day she told me she sent the car back to the shop . That Friday she told me the car will be done on Monday. I wound up getting another car from someone else and the insurance I put on the other vehicle I was charged and I needed Angela from Alpha Motors to send a letter stating I did not buy the vehicle from her shop...I called her Monday 8am she said she is not in the office she will write the letter at 2. I called at 2 she said she was busy . I texted her at 3:30 no response. I call her at 3:50 no response. I call the insurance and basically they tried calling her for 2 days she lied to them saying she will write the letter and still haven’t been in the office here we are on Wednesday night. Since I first seen this car last week she’s only been at the office 1 day this is horrible service. Angela lies a lot .

Angela is a very nice person but dont let her fool you. 🙄 My experience buying a car from Alpha Motor (aka Car Connections) was not very pleasurable and cost me alot of money. I purchased a 2011 BMW X5 that had the check engine light come on 3 days after I bought it. I took it to the shop. It ended up having a blown Turbo motor engine and ended up costing more money to fix it then I paid for the car! They were also surprised that the car passed inspection 🤦🏾‍♂️ Also the car was not cleaned and air not put in tires on the day of pick up. Buyers beware --- have your mechanic check out any car you plan to buy from this car dealership. 🚘 #LessonLearned Happy New Year!🥂

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Should have researched more. Got a car in January. It had a thumping noise in it. Was told that "it's a small car and small cars pick up bumps in the road alot easier." Come to find out all 4 rims are bent!! Also had a little bit of a whine under the hood and was told "the engine just needs time to warm up and get used to being ran again." A month ago the car broke down and i was told it's a transmission issue, that's what the whining noise was. Warranty company won't do squat. I've been calling and haven't gotten an answer nor have i gotten a phone call back to any voicemails i have left. Won't recommend this place to anyone!! Shotty business
