Tony and Alex both went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Both were pleasant, professional, and cared that I was satisfied with my vehicle. I had two minor issues after purchasing and Tony offered to have them fixed. Alex serviced my vehicle over the weekend and had everything repaired! I would definitely recommend!!
I had to leave a review because my experience from start to finish with Seran Auto Sales was phenomenal, the best! I purchased this BMW X3m and we found a few minor issues after the purchase and I messaged Alex and they were quick to respond and fix. As you know that finding a honest and respected car salesman is rare to find so I recommend giving these guys a visit!
I worked with Tony and he was fabulous! Cars are priced very well and are nice! My experience at Seran Auto was great! A+++ Will do business here again. Highly recommended!
I would recommend Seran Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a quality yet affordable vehicle! As we arrived the owner came out to greet us then showed the cars he had available. We ended up looking at a 2013 Honda Civic which was in great shape may I add. Alex (the owner) listed over the specs of the vehicle he was straightforward and honest really giving a friendly experience. We decided to test drive the vehicle and knew right away this was the one. After purchasing, The owner let us know that if we need any work or have any problems whatsoever we can just give him a call and he’ll be on it. This has been by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
Alex and John were AWESOME! I found them by accident driving by ...and boy am I glad. They helped get me in a car quickly and with a fair deal. The went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe before I took it and unlike many of the "budget" cars I was forced to consider, the car I bought from them was spotlessly clean and smelled great. They have promised to stand by the car with in-house warranty and support beyond what the normal route 51 dealers seem to offer. The whole team there was great. Everyone is courteous and friendly As a small business owner, I truly appreciate effort and caring that it takes to offer the level of customer service they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a fairly priced used car.
