Compact cars is a family business. And in many good ways they have values and business practices that are unfortunately becoming rarer these days. They take pride in good reputation, they make and maintain promises and, as far as my experience showed, try to be fair. I needed an inexpensive but reliable car and they offered me one. I asked to take it to my mechanic after my test drive and they were completely fine with it. The car had a few minor problems that it shouldn't, they offered to fix them before I could ask. They agreed with every request I made, every test I said I needed and looked happy to accommodate reasonable demands. It was all very transparent. It took me days before I could pick the car up as I was busy, again no pressure to buy, no substantial deposit to pre-pay. I got to meet all three generations of the family running this business - all very likable, form the oldest to the youngest. This looked like a clean and proper business who seem to play the longer game of building a reputation. I would go back to them and highly recommend their services.

Family-owned with prompt, personable customer experience. They are thorough, will answer all questions, and do not push you out the door even if you seem hesitant. I felt good vibes when speaking to them and felt I purchased a very good used vehicle. The vehicle road beautifully and they made sure it was maintenance before I purchased it. I was searching for a SUV for my mother who lives In Uniontown and me living in NC. I pulled up vehicles on carfax and came across a Honda CRV that was on their lot. I called and talked to Keggan about the vehicle and was very satisfied with the info he gave me. About 10 minutes later his Dad Jeffrey called me back and said they would take the SUV up to her to see it. I thanked him for that and we talked about the Honda. After that call I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. That afternoon I called and gave them a deposit to hold it. 2 days later my mom is driving her Honda. These guys are amazing to deal with !! They took great care of my mother and she loves her Honda !! I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle !! 5 Stars all the way !!

Multiple people in my family have bought from Compact Cars and we have had awesome experiences. Everyone there is really nice, family owned, great selection of cars, and they offer carfax reports which most places dont. The three cars we bought all had low mileage on them, two are 17 yrs old and one is 28 yes old and run fantastic. Definitely recommend to others!
