Bought a 2024 Tahoe from here with 84k miles. Barley any issues with the truck so far and im right at 108k miles. The alternator went at 101k and it needed rear brakes at the first inspection but I suspect the inspection place screwed me over becauae the truck had brand new rear rotors on it when i got it. The interest rate wasnt the best... but then again either was my credit. 11.5%. from here. PNC denied me. The salsman Chris was fairly straight forward. I dont know if I could be friends with him outside of this place, but he answered my questions, got me financed, and fixed the 3 things i wanted done before I bought the truck.... full tank, had the front 2 windows tinted, and got me a new factory center arm rest/console lid because the one in there was pretty beat up. This ia the 2nd vehicle I purchased from here. The last one was about 5 years ago. Wouldnt hesitate to buy a third from here either.

The best car buying experience I ever had. no pressure and they held on to the car I wanted until I found financing. I bought the car as is and the next day when I went to use the CD player it did not function. I emailed chris and he ordered me another and installed it himself. Chris is a great salesman and customer service rep. The CRV I bought is fantastic. Two thumbs up for these folks.

I am sharing this review regarding my experience with the sister dealership after being directed there due to changes at the original location. Several years ago, I purchased a vehicle from the primary dealership and, due to unforeseen financial hardship, had to voluntarily return the vehicle. Since then, I have worked hard to rebuild my life and am now in a much stronger position, with stable employment and my own business. Wanting to move forward, I recently reached out again to explore my options. Because the original salesman I worked with, Bob, has since retired, I was advised to contact the sister dealership. My call was handled by the manager, Chris. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. I was informed, rather abruptly, that because of my past repossession, I would not be considered, without any meaningful discussion or consideration of my current situation. While I understand that policies exist, the tone and lack of empathy during the conversation stood out. The decision itself was discouraging, but the manner in which it was communicated felt dismissive rather than professional. I strongly believe that life is about growth and second chances. Circumstances change, and people work hard to improve their situations. A more customer-focused approach, especially when someone is trying to move forward responsibly, would make a significant difference. This experience has made me reconsider recommending or doing business with the sister dealership. I hope future customers are met with understanding, professionalism, and a willingness to at least have a conversation.

Don't bother they don't like selling cars. I called 3 times trying to speak to a sales person, sorry do an application to talk to a sales. I just have a question about the car, Online app the only way to talk to a sales. Credit Inquiry to ask a question?

Bought a car from Chris. Went on and on about what a great car it was. Test drove it no problems. Then on way home windows started rolling down by thereselves and no buttons worked on dash. Then discovered after the rain over night the passenger door leaks. Call and was told that he would refund me 100.00. Big deal. Now car has to go in for service. Didn't drive the car 3 miles before problems started. I wouldn't advise dealing with Knight Motors. If you do drive the car for a while before doing any paperwork.
