Top notch service. The service department took care of me right away and even my salesman from last year, Joe Lux (who was absolutely wonderful), came out to say hello and chat with me while I waited. I had my nephew with me and they made sure to offer hot chocolate and cookies. I highly recommend this dealership. They don't forget about you after you buy!!l I even got a lovely Christmas card from them. Thank you, Rohrich!!!
I get my oil changed there on my old Camry, service writers and staff are pleasant. The parts counter also gives good customer service, vehicle pricing didn't look too bad while browsing.
Good car-buying experience. Straight forward. Up front transparecy offering the car invoice. No overt pressure to buy. Free ongoing car washes. Before and after sale, the representative responded quickly to my text messages even after hours. The drive in garage was wonderful on the stormy, windy day I got an excellent car features training by Chris. Thanks, Rorhich!
So apparently this Toyota dealership has a “return policy” — just not one they feel like honoring. Ordered a part online, realized it wasn’t the right one, returned it in original packaging… and they refused it. Why? Because I bought it online. Silly me. If I had bought it “directly” from them, they would’ve accepted it. Their helpful alternative? Leave it there and maybe I’ll get refunded when it sells. Impressive logic for a dealership of this size. If consistency and customer service matter to you, manage your expectations. I will definitely reach out to Toyota's customer support to report my great customer experience.
