Doman Auto Sales

Great people, everyone is respectful and professional. Cars are gone over with a fine tooth comb.. I'm impressed with the way they take care of the customers and the vehicles

I bought a car from this place. It works amazing. The gentleman was very nice. He made sure that everything was clear and concise. If you need a good working car go to this gentleman's establishment. The pictures are the event that took place he takes cash. And I enjoy every moment being on the road. All it needed was a tune-up. The miles were amazing and the service was wonderful.

I've been in their office. I have heard how every member of the staff treats people in person and on the phone. THEY ARE GREAT. I've gotten cars from them, they stand behind them and go above and beyond to make sure the car is the best it can be. I lived that. THEY ARE GREAT. I read the bad reviews and mentioned it to them. They listed out the circumstances around some of that BS...like one person kept writing them multiple NSF checks to try to keep the car from being repossessed. THE EXPLANATIONS WERE VERY VERY ENTERTAINING !! Bottom line is that those people writing the bad reviews should probably look in the mirror and not under the hood. The problem is in their mirror. DOMAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A CAR... THOSE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC.

I am writing this review with mixed emotions. Several years ago—approximately five or more—I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Shortly after the purchase, I experienced unforeseen financial hardship and made the difficult decision to voluntarily return the vehicle. At the time, the salesman I worked with, Bob, was extremely professional, understanding, and supportive. He treated me with respect and truly looked out for his customers. Anyone who worked with Bob knows he was a great salesman and an even better person. He will be greatly missed now that he has retired. Life happens, and unfortunately, setbacks are sometimes unavoidable. Since that time, I have worked hard to rebuild my life. I now have a stable career and own my own business. Feeling confident in my progress, I recently reached out to the dealership again, hoping to purchase another vehicle and move forward. I was disappointed to be told that because of the prior repossession, I would not be given a second chance. While I understand policies exist, I believe there should also be room for consideration of individual circumstances—especially when the situation involved a voluntary return due to hardship, not neglect or irresponsibility. I used to speak very highly of this dealership, largely because of the way Bob handled situations with empathy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me disappointed. If Bob were still working there, I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation. Moving forward, I would be more inclined to work with a dealership that understands that people face family emergencies, financial challenges, and life changes—and that growth and second chances matter.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY SELL LEMONS YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED LIKE ME. ANY VEHICLE YOU BUY HERE WILL FALL APART AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR IT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. IM TRYING TO SAVE YOU THE HEADACHE.
