This dealership has a welcoming atmosphere. John and his dad were very nice and they work with everyone regardless of credit. I got a very good deal. John has excellent communication and he responded to my inquiry the second I submitted it. Mind you, this was after hours around 8:30pm. I was very impressed with this and he has been consistently responding to texts and emails even after I purchased the car. Very good businessman. I will definitely come back to him for my next car. Thank you John for all you did for me.

I put $2,000 down on a car and have now spent $6,076 (including payments and repairs). Beware—we got completely hustled. Back in April, my transmission failed. The car sat at the mechanic for almost two months while they kept telling me to wait for the warranty company. After all that time, I was finally told the warranty had been canceled. I had to come up with $1,500 for the transmission replacement (the dealership agreed to split the cost with me). While replacing the transmission, the mechanic found the oil cooler needed to be replaced too. There went another $860. Finally, in June, I got the call that everything was fixed and ready. I picked up my car, drove it for ONE DAY, and then the entire dashboard lit up with warning lights. The mechanic immediately told me, “It’s not safe to drive.” So now the car is right back at the mechanic. I can’t wait to see what the next repair bill is going to be. At this point, I’ve spent $6,076 on a car that I’ve driven less than 250 miles. If you don’t have thousands of dollars to throw at a used car, don’t buy one from here—you could end up in the same situation. I’ve never felt so robbed of my time and money. This is my only form of transportation, and the stress this has caused has been unbelievable. The dealership had multiple opportunities to make this right by putting us into a different vehicle, but they refused. Their excuse? “The taxes were already paid.” So here we are again: no car, more repairs, and more money out of pocket.
